I Keep being returned to the
same page...what am I doing wrong?
Our shopping cart automatically returns you to the last purchased item page.
You can click view cart at the top of the screen to view your purchases,
remove or delete items from your cart at any time.
What does
the term "Only At ForeverWed" that is shown on some product descriptions
refer to?
"Only at ForeverWed" items are those that are not found elsewhere. They have
been designed especially for us or we designed them in-house. It can also
refer to the fact that the manufacturer of the product will sell the product
to no other online wedding retailer except for ForeverWed.
Do you
ship products outside the United States?
At the present time we can ship only to addresses in the 50 U.S. states and
Canada. We can not ship outside these regions.
Will I
receive an email confirming my order?
Yes. Once you place an order, your order is automatically placed into our
system, you will automatically receive a carbon copy of the order you placed
with us through email. This email will list all items purchased as well as
any personalization that you entered. Please look it over carefully.
We process all orders Monday-Friday, Orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday
will be processed on the following Monday morning.

How
long does it take to process an order?
Once we receive the order, we usually ship each order within 2-3 business
days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items
can take a little longer to complete. For this reason, we have added
processing time notes to the product descriptions for these personalized
items. For Example: "This personalized item may take up to 4-5 business days
to ship." If you order 3 items that do not have special processing times,
then your order will ship within 2-3 business days. But, if you order any
one item on your order that states "4-5 business days", your entire order
will ship in 4-5 business days because we ship all your items at one time to
lower your shipping costs.
Will you send me a tracking number for my order?
Yes, when your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via
email.
May I
place my order by phone rather than online?
Certainly. Please call 1.360.658.4990 and one of our friendly call center
representatives will be happy to take your order by telephone. Our call
center hours are (Eastern Time Zone): 8:30 am - 9 pm Monday-Thursday; 8:30
am to 8:00 pm Friday; 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday. We are closed on
Sundays.
What
is your return policy?
Our business is based on two things: The quality of the products we sell &
the quality of the reputation we’ve earned. ForeverWed's 100% satisfaction
guarantee means you NEVER have to worry about ordering from us. If for any
reason you’re not happy with anything you buy from us simply return it for a
prompt exchange or refund**. That’s how great companies do business.
**Our generous return policy only
applies to non personalized returns made before your wedding
date, personalized items are not returnable. Shipping and processing charges
are not refundable.

doesn't this site look right with my browser and why am I getting browser
errors?
We recommend using Netscape 6.0 or later and Microsoft IE 5.5 or later to
