put, we use the most efficient methods of
order preparation and shipping available so
you get your products fast and without a
fuss. Our highly competitive Ground, 2nd Day
Air, and Overnight Delivery rates via United
Parcel Service are less expensive than most
ground shipping rates.
We offer Ground Service, 2nd Day Air, 3rd
Day Air, Overnight Delivery via FedEx within
the 48 contiguous states, depending on
weight and zone. Because Overnight and
Express services are not available in all
locations, please refer to
http://www.FedEx.com before you choose
such shipping methods for your particular
city.
Your shopping cart shows the shipping charge
for domestic 2nd Day Service. An option for
Ground or Overnight Delivery is also
available at checkout. An additional
shipping charge will be added at checkout
for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Ground service is not available in Alaska or
Hawaii. During checkout the delivery charge
will be confirmed once your delivery address
has been entered. Orders shipped to
Washington State are subject to state and
local sales tax, as applicable. We ship all
available stock and do not hold orders until
all products are in stock.
For Saturday delivery, Overnight service
must be selected. Saturday delivery is not
available in all areas. Foreverwedstore.com
does not deliver on Sundays and major
holidays. In addition, Foreverwedstore.com
does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major
holidays. Ground service is not available in
Alaska and Hawaii. Overnight Delivery is not
available in remote locations, and Hawaii or
Alaska.
International delivery charges are determined at checkout
after the delivery charge is entered.
Outpost requires a signature for all
Overnight and 2nd Day deliveries as well as
Ground Deliveries over $250.
We also offer free shipping for all domestic
orders over $250.* (*All offers valid while
supplies last and are for ground service
only. For orders over $500 ForeverWed.com
will pay the first 100 pounds of ground
shipping charges for domestic orders. For
Saturday delivery, overnight service must be
selected. Saturday delivery is not available
in all locations. Other limitations apply.
Orders shipped to WA are subject to state and local sales tax,
as applicable. ForeverWed.com does not
deliver on Sunday or major holidays.
Overnight Delivery is not available in all
locations, including remote areas such as

Delivery Attempts
FedEx will make two attempts to deliver your
merchandise and will leave a door hanger
notifying you of the attempt. If the package
is undeliverable after two attempts, the
product will be returned to our warehouse.
You will be credited for the price of the
item, but you will not be credited for any
shipping and handling charges you may have
been charged. If you refuse delivery, a
credit will be issued for the price of the
product but not for shipping charges (if
applicable). All credits will be applied to
the payment method in the original order.
Leaving Signed Notes
By leaving a signed note giving FedEx
permission to leave a package at the door,
you have relinquished Foreverwed &
Foreverwedstore and FedEx of any and all
responsibility for loss or damage.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please
provide an alternative street address in the
shipping information fields. If you still
have the P.O. Box listed in the "ship to"
address it will automatically default to the
postal service. You must make sure you
delete any reference to the P.O. or APO
address from the shipping field. We can ship
to APO/FPO addresses using U.S. Postal
Service Registered Mail. Missing orders can
only be traced after 15 business days from
the ship date. Replacement orders or credit
for damaged or missing orders will not be
issued until the US Postal Service has
approved the claim; the claims process could
take as long as 4 - 6 weeks. The U.S. Postal
Service imposes weight and size limitations
on shipments to some locations. Please
consult your local postal office for more
information.
Foreverwedstore.com and Foreverwed.com is
not responsible for shipments which are
delayed due to causes beyond the control of
our carriers, including, but not limited to
the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes
or other labor disputes, air traffic control
delays, disruptions in air or ground
transportation networks due to events such
as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
