Shipping time in transit
By far one of the most commonly asked questions we receive is how long will it take for us to get our product.  Now you can check your transit time before you order.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Your order's Total Delivery Time = (Time to Process Order) + (Time in Transit)  The table below details the average delivery times based on your preferred method of shipping and our west coast warehouse.

Please add an additional 4 business days for personalized items.  In most cases your items will be personalized during the processing days.  Please call customer service with any questions or concerns.

For a better estimate of time in transit, see our map below:  It will give you a pretty accurate idea of how many days it will take for your package to travel from our warehouse  in to your corner of the country. Please remember that this map reflects total days in transit, not days from when you place your order. While we are able to move some orders out the door within one business day, most orders, due to high sales volume, will ship within three to five business days. Of course, we'll send you a UPS tracking number when your order ships so that you can determine the exact delivery date of your package.  Please note we can now only ship directly to the card holders address.  In order to ship to any other address we require a signed receipt by the card holder.  Please contact customer service for information on obtaining a receipt for signature.
