Most of our items carry a 15 day* satisfaction guarantee.  Please read our return policy:

RETURN POLICY
Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 15 days*.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order just call us within 10 days of receiving your order for a return number and we will credit back to you the purchase price upon your authorized return.  Shipping charges and rush fees will not be refunded and return shipping is the customers responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

* No returns on personalized items, film products (cameras), opened software, or candy.  Examples of these items include, but are not limited to, apple cider, chocolates, Jordan Almonds, Glassware that has been sandblasted or etched, any camera.  All sales are final on any personalized product.

No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization  No Returns are allowed after your wedding date.  Please call between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm PST to receive a return authorization.

Absolutely no returns after *10 days.

A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA# at which time the RMA# expires. RMA#'s are non-renewable. If any returned item is received opened, broken, or without a return authorization number no credit will be given.   Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Foreverwedstore.com reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA# to the customer.
  No return will be accepted without authorization and all returnable items have a 15% restocking fee (see our General Terms for more information)..  Sale items may not be returned. Send email to info@foreverwedstore.com  for information. 

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components included. Products using accessories or sold in sets must be returned in its factory-sealed container or will require a deduction in your credit for a replacement. Product that are  returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will not receive a credit. This policy  is final.

15-day money back guarantee does not apply to special orders.



Personalized Items

Personalized Items are only returnable IF there is an error on our part or if there is damage  found in the product.  These items will be exchanged for the exact same item only. Cider

Personalized cider is non refundable.  All sales final.  Personalized Cider is only returnable IF there is damage  found in the product.  These items will be exchanged for the exact same item only. Any product with labels that are damaged, destroyed or found with any error will be replaced with new labels only.  shipped at our expense. 

MANUFACTURER RETURN POLICY RESTRICTIONS

If you have merchandise that it damaged on shipment from one of our manufacturers, we will file a claim with the delivery carrier and replace the product or make arrangements for the manufacturer to replace the product.   You must notify us of the damage for us to help you.   If you find damage in your products please contact Fed Ex or the carrier you had your package delivered by.  They will take claim information to file your claim and process a claim check directly to you.  Foreverwed does not credit on damaged products however we will help you to file your claim for reimbursement by the carrier.

Due to manufacturers' policies, Foreverwedstore.com cannot accept returns or exchanges of certain products listed in the table below.

Please have the following information readily available before contacting the Foreverwedstore.com: Date of purchase, Order Number, and Product Code in question.

 Wedding Programs Although wedding programs come blank they are considered a personalized item.  These are not returnable.
Wedding Decorations Wedding Decorations are not returnable as they are considered a one time use item.  ie: centerpieces such as vases, cake toppers, confetti, streamers, or anything listed on the wedding decorations page.

Military Cake Toppers Any Cake topper  that is  customized to match any branch of service ie: Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Police, Fireman, Army.  Is personalized to match the order created.  These cake toppers are non refundable and all sales are final.

Special Return Policy for Clearance Items

Clearance products are sold "AS IS" and are a final sale. These products have been previously sold,  returned, and repackaged for selling purposes.  Products sold in Special Clearance section are a final sale and are not returnable.

Damaged Box Goods

If your calling regarding a damaged item you must call us within 5 business days to report the damage.  You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for the damaged products.  If you wish a replacement be issued, we will have to run a new order and charge your card.  We will provide an invoice on your behalf to Carrier for the damaged products.  The Carrier is responsible for payment to you on damaged items.  Foreverwedstore.com will not be held responsible for items damaged by the shipping carrier.  Your card will be charged for replacement orders on damaged items.  You must file a claim with the carrier to get your money back from them.

Wedding Cameras

Personalized Wedding Cameras are sold as is.  No returns will honored on cameras.  The Gold Foiling and Silver Foiling are similar in color.  Should our manufacturer be out of stock of your choice color will default to the available color.  We will not accept returns or issue replacements on any personalized camera. 

ForeverwedStore.com Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.  Be aware that you have 10 days to call for an RMA from the date of delivery of your product.  You have 30 days to return the product from the issue date of the RMA.  No products are returnable after the wedding has past. 

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) within 10 days of the original ship date by calling 1-360-658-4990  (toll-free within the U.S.) or INTL:1-360-658-4990.
  2. Please provide the following information when requesting a RMA#: Original order number (located on packing slip), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
  3. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components are included.
  4. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground.
  5. Please use the merchandise-return label, located on the back of your packing slip or call for address information.
  6. Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RMA#. Print the RMA# clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RMA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

Credits

Credits will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Under no circumstances are shipping charges or processing fees refundable.  a 15% restocking fee will apply.  Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.

Replacement Merchandise

In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise, you must place a new order. Foreverwedstore.com must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any replacements. We will ship your replacement in the same manner as your original order. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse. To make a replacement order, please call 1-360-658-4992 in the U.S. For International calls 1-360-658-4990.

Modifications/Cancellations

Your may certainly modify or cancel your store order if your request to do so is received by the before the order has been processed (typically 6am PST the next business day). Once your order has been processed, and your credit card submitted for approval, a $15.00 processing fee will be charged for the order cancellation. Unfortunately, engraved, embroidered or otherwise personalized items may not be cancelled after the order has been processed.

Returns

All returns are 30 days guaranteed.  30 days is 30 days from the date of the processed order.  If you have any questions please call customer service.  Exceptions on returns: Absolutely no returns after your event or wedding date.  Most of our items are single use items for weddings and we can not guarantee that items returned after the event are unused.  Therefore, please call us within 10 days of receiving your products for an RMA.  Absolutely no returns after 10 days.  Absolutely no returns after the wedding date.
